1) Papers submitted to the conference should be in English, and more than 4 pages. An extra fee will be charged for pages exceeding 5. The organizing committee will confirm your submission and provide an article number within 2 working days after receiving your manuscript. After the submission, we will forward your paper to relevant experts for review based on its theme. 所有提交的论文必须为英文，且页数不少于4页。超过5页的部分需加收超页费。会务组将在收到您的稿件后2个工作日内确认投稿并反馈文章编号。投稿结束后，我们将根据您的文章主题，将稿件提交给相关领域的专家进行审稿。

- Author Participation: Your manuscript accepted by ICAIE 2025 will be published and you can deliver a paper presentation on ICAIE 2025, orally or poster presentation. You must submit a Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline. 作者身份参会：审稿后被ICAIE 2025录用的文章，作者需在会议现场进行口头或海报报告。您必须在提交截止日期前提交一篇完整的手稿以供审查。

- Presenter Participation: You can deliver a presentation on ICAIE 2025, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. The abstract is necessary to submit. 报告者身份参会：在ICAIE 2025会议上进行口头或海报展示的摘要报告不会被出版，但需提交摘要审查。

2) For submissions intended for publication, please submit the full manuscript. Scholars are requested to prepare their manuscripts according to the provided template. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. 以出版为目的投稿，请投稿全文。各位学者根据论文模板准备您的稿件。所有提交的文章应报告原始的，以前未发表的研究成果、实验或理论。提交给会议的文章应符合这些标准，会议不接受一稿多投。我们坚信，道德行为是任何学者最基本的美德。因此，一经发现将被视为学术不端，默认取消投稿。

Guidelines for ICAIE 2025 Authors

1. The official language is English in paper writing and presenting.

2. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.

Report the author's violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).

Report the author's violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.

Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution, and the details of the misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
